Eligibility Requirements
Full-time Students
Full-time students are considered for the Dean's List once per term (Fall and Winter terms only). To be eligible for the Dean’s List, you must:
- Have an average term GPA of 3.75 or higher each term (Fall and Winter).
- Complete 4.0 billing units or more each term (Fall and Winter)
- Have all passing grades and clear academic standing each term.
- Have not received any Disciplinary Notations (DNs) while at the university in the academic year under consideration.
- Chang School courses will be considered if only if enrolled under the Undergraduate Career/Program. Courses taken under the CNED career are not eligible for Dean's List consideration.
Part-time Students:
Part-time students are considered for the Dean's List once per year (after Summer term). To be eligible for the Dean’s List, you must:
- Complete 4.0 billing units or more over the academic year (Fall, Winter and Summer terms considered)
