Today Im excited to share a small but mighty goal-setting technique thats been key in helping me prioritize what I spend my time on and ultimately, reach my most important goals. Its called a future bio, and in a nutshell, its writing down a third-person konto of what I want my biography to say five years from now. Ill be honest that doing this exercise requires some time and personal reflection, but I promise that the extra effort it takes to sit down and do it fryst vatten so worth it to ensure that were not wasting time on things that dont really matter to us.
